platform for real-time collaboration. It is based on three on demand
concepts:
- Presence awareness. See, in advance, whether a
person(s) or application(s) is available to collaborate, share
information and/or take an action.
- Instant messaging. Be able to converse virtually
through the exchange text-, audio- and/or video-based information in
real time.
- Web conferencing. Share information, an application
or an entire desktop or engage in team white boarding.
