said Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. shareholders approved
the merger with Misys Healthcare Systems LLC at a meeting Monday.
In March Misys announced a merger of its underperforming healthcare business with the U.S.-based rival in which Misys paid $330 million for a 54.5 percent stake in the combined group.
